New website for Campbell River Aeromodel Flyers Society.
This site has a two fold purpose, first is to gauge the general interest there is in Campbell River to form a club and find a permanent flying field(Please register to add your name to the list). Secondly as a central area for communication towards that goal plus other news of interest to Campbell River RC flyers.
If you would like to add News/Events postings, Photo's, join the Forum or add web links to the web site you will need to log in. You will find the links to log in, add new articles and web links under members. You can also log in directly through the Forum page. Please keep articles, forum postings and links relevant to RC Flying in Campbell River.

News Update for July
The band that owns the property by Willis Rd has requested that we restrict our flying to with in the confines of the field and not fly over the road or BC Hydro property.
I will be posting lots of RC items for sale on the CRAFS website over the next coming weeks, please check the forum if you are interested.
Call for menbership
We need to get people to pay there menbership dues, so we can get some Mat material purchased and laid down.

New Flying Field
Good News! We have an official flying field!
Location is Cranberry farms gravel pit. It is located 8 Min's south of the Campbell River Airport on the inland highway, turn right at the Wacor gravel pit turn off (Cranberry Lane) first traffic light. Then turn right immediately again, and it is your first left after the gate into the gravel pit.
Gate is open from 8 am to 5 pm Mon thru Fri. Weekend flying you will need to get hold of a key, contact either Murray (250) 923 6172 or Frank (250) 923 6641
